- to reduce the administrative burden for our employees;
- to improve the quality and completeness of patient records.

When using Vetnio, personal data may be processed, such as:

- information about the animal (name, species, breed, age, medical data);
- information provided during the consultation or telephone call.
This data is processed exclusively within the framework of the treatment agreement and our administrative obligations.

The processing of personal data via Vetnio takes place on the basis of:
- the execution of the treatment agreement;
- legal obligations resting on our practice;
- our legitimate interest in ensuring efficient and careful reporting.
Security and confidentiality
We have made agreements with Vetnio regarding the protection of personal data. The data is processed securely and is not used for purposes other than providing the service to our practice. Where required, a data processing agreement has been concluded.
Storage period
The reports generated via Vetnio are stored in the patient file and retained in accordance with the statutory retention periods applicable to veterinary records.
