How we work

    Please contact us by phone for an appointment

    You will receive confirmation and instructions for the operation from the assistant. If in doubt, you can also consult this page for advice.

  • 3

    Preparation for the appointment; make sure your pet is comfortable in a carrier or on a leash. Also make sure your pet is fasting for at least 12 hours before the anesthesia. He or she should not be given food but water.

  • 4

    Arrive on time for your appointment and register at our desk. The assistant will ask you a few questions before your pet gets his or her anesthesia.
